i. Manuscript Submission Cover Letter

A cover letter must be included in the initial manuscript submission. It should be concise and
explain why the content of the paper is significant, placing the findings in the context of existing
work. A letter must accompany the manuscript, and it must contain the following elements in the
order listed below:-

  • Manuscript title
  • Name of the corresponding author
  • Names of all other co-authors
  • Type of manuscript (research article, review article, short communication).
  • A paragraph explaining why the manuscript fits the scope of the IE-WEER journal.
  • We confirm that neither the manuscript nor any parts of its content are currently
    under consideration or published in another journal.
  • All authors have approved the manuscript and agree with its submission to IE-WEER
    journal.
  • Author should declare No conflict of Interest between the Authors and the
    institute where the work has been carried out.
  • The names and contact information, including e-mail addresses, of three
    possible reviewers
  • Indicate if you are available for membership of Editorial Board as a Reviewer.

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance
with all of the following items, in the Manuscript Submission Preparation Checklist, before
submission by attachment to Editorial office at E-mail: ecorightjournalseries@gmail.com and
submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Guidelines for Author(s)

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance
with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to
these guidelines.

Guidelines for Editors
  1. Read the Aims & Scope to gain an overview and assess if your manuscript is suitable for
    this journal.
  2. The title and headings are brief and catchy.
  3. The submission must be original work of the author(s) and has not been previously
    published in other national or foreign journals, nor is it before another journal for
    consideration. The rejected papers will not be returned to the author(s).
  4. All article must be accompanied with a cover letter.
  5. The contents of papers submitted to Insightecoright are the sole responsibility of the authors
    – which are fully responsible for any kind of plagiarisms or errors.
  6. Use the Microsoft Word template to prepare your manuscript.
  7. English spelling and punctuations with semantic syntax are used throughout the paper.
  8. Names and affiliations (including postal codes) of all authors are correct and complete.
  9. Make sure that issues about publication ethics, research ethics, copyright, authorship,
    figure formats, data and references format have been appropriately considered.
  10. The length of the paper is commensurate with content.
  11. Manuscripts must be with double spacing and wide margins (1inches) on all sides. A font type of
    "Times New Roman" and size of "12 points" is required.
  12. Figures are of sufficient quality for printing, with clear resolution of detail.
  13. Abstract and keywords are provided.
  14. All table captions and figure legends are provided.
  15. Tables/Figures are properly placed and numbered with brief titles/ captions.
  16. References are in APA standard style.
  17. If the papers have multiple authors, all listed authors should have a significant contribution to the
    work, all of them must approve the final version and content of the submitted manuscript.
  18. The Author(s) must declare any potential conflict of interest.
  19. The Author(s) must notify promptly Insightecoright about any significant error or
    inaccuracy in their papers.
  20. Authors are encouraged to add a biography to the submission.

  23. Publication FEE may apply if at any time there is no funding support from donor agencies,

  1. Editors have the responsibility to accept the submitted papers for publication in
    Insightecoright free of any conflict of interest. The decision must be solely based on their
    academic and scientific value, importance, originality and quality of research.
  2. Editors must cooperate with authors and reviewers in the publishing process.
  3. Editors must protect the confidentiality of all submitted papers.
  4. Correction and retraction of articles. Editors may authorize corrections (minor or major) to a
    published article. When necessary, retraction of articles will be done in agreement with the
    Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) retraction guidelines.
Guidelines for Reviewers

Basic principles to which peer reviewers should adhere, peer reviewers should:

  1. Only agree to review papers for which they have the subject expertise required to carry out a
    proper assessment and which they can assess in a timely manner.
  2. Respect the confidentiality of peer review and not reveal any details of a paper or its review,
    during or after the peer-review process, beyond those that are released by the journal.
  3. Not use information obtained during the peer-review process for their own or any other
    personal or organizational advantage, or to disadvantage or discredit others.
  4. Declare all potential conflicting of interests, seeking advice from the journal if they are
    unsure whether something constitutes a relevant interest.
  5. Not allow their reviews to be influenced by the origins of a paper, by the nationality,
    religious or political beliefs, gender or other characteristics of the authors, or by commercial
    considerations.
  6. Be objective and constructive in their reviews, refraining from being hostile or inflammatory
    and from making libelous or derogatory personal comments.
  7. Acknowledge that peer review is largely a reciprocal endeavor and undertake to carry out
    their fair share of reviewing and in a timely manner.
  8. Provide journals with personal and professional information that is accurate and a true
    representation of their expertise.
  9. Recognize that impersonation of another individual during the review process is considered
    serious misconduct.
